Nach dem Comeback mit E.S.P. und der Single You Win Again ging die Gruppe im Frühjahr 1988 für den Nachfolger ins Studio. One wurde in Miami Beach aufgenommen und von den Gibb-Brüdern gemeinsam mit Brian Tench produziert.
Es erlangte in den USA einen etwas größeren Erfolg als sein Vorgänger, anderswo waren die Verkäufe rückläufig. Das Album kam in Deutschland auf Platz 4, in den USA auf Platz 68.
